Anna Sui's Secret Wish

Sometimes I feel lonely. But at other times, I feel the serenity within me. The freedom, the individuality, the peace from within, and the happiness of being alone is hard to describe.

Started Tweeting, after leaving my account stagnant since registration. There.

No way, man!

Oh great, I actually managed to miss Yes Man! Yes, I'm disappointed about it, but on the other hand, I would trying getting this movie with other means. (Yes, I'm not saying what way I am using.)

2009 has been quite kind to me, and I am very thankful for that. This year started well for me and I've learnt quite a few things about life:

- I have friends who appreciate me and accepted me for who I was. A really big thank you to them. I am really grateful towards them. I'll try to improve and be a better person before things happen again. (Touch wood.) I must learn to not talk but listen and keep quiet more often.

- Being 18 is no big deal, especially when your birthday happens in November. Only in November, I'll be of legal age. Now, I can only see everyone around me buy stuff like alcohol while I sulk. Haha! It's not that bad, I can get people to buy it for me instead. But, it's an additional step needed. Oh well~

- Rich people don't always live in a big room and have a huge bed, especially when you are in another country and staying with your relatives. I was kind of shocked. I didn't expect such a small space, but I have to admit it is kind of cosy. Although it is a small room, things inside worth a bomb considered to those of my room. What can I expect? :)

- Life is supposed to be stressful for me now, like it is for everyone in my class. However, I am not feeling the pressure yet, and I wonder if it is a good sign or not. I am not stressed, but there are 7 ICAs (aka projects and tests) coming up soon, very soon. Right after those seven, my exams will be tagging along. I need to work harder.

A note to myself: I wanna meet Meryl Streep and chat with her about everything under the sun/moon/stars/planets/milkyway/blackhole or whatever, just everything. :(

World Hunger Relief 2008.

More colours were added into my life during the past week. I got a new phone, went to a class chalet, bought some D.I.Y stuffs to try make new earrings, donated two dollars to World Hunger Relief 2008 and messed up my table. Currently, I am in the mids of watching a Taiwan drama and reading some comics. Colourful eh?

Anyway, I'm listening to some Secondhand Serenade now, thanks to my dear friend, who introduced me to his songs. I heard people saying that his songs are very "emo", but I like his voice. His voice is very comfortable to my ears and very soothing.

Just received a Specialist Card from the Navy, and it looks like I can enjoy some discount and offer off certain things. Speaking about discounts, it brings me back to Marketing. Semester is over, term break is here, but exam results are not out yet. Hoo-boy, now wish me luck for the worst.

For Marketing, I hope I can score well, provided that I pass. For Intro to Media, I was told that everyone passed, but regarding how well I passed, I have no idea at all.

If I'm not wrong, it is time for the O levels for secondary school students once again. To come to think about it, I really enjoyed doing Maths. Compared to Physics and Chemistry, EMaths and AMaths are so simple.

Some things in life are meant to be simple for certain people, and complicated for others. But, without effort, I don't think that everything is simple enough for everyone. Some people think that they have others to help them with their work. However, if effort is not put in by them, it is impossible for them to learn and absorb, not to say complete the job.

My hand hurts, so might continue next time. Tata.
